What you can look forward to PE Engineer (Process Engineering: gears/castings) (m/f/d):

• Leads new product & process introduction to production line.
• Anticipates and validates new process capabilities.
• Targets to standardize process and implements lean principles.
• Ensures new process adheres to various manufacturing safety and DFA standards,
• Co-engineering with product development to have efficient process built.
• Ensure designed process fulfils PD, Production, Customer requirements and ensures mistake proofing in new process and tooling.
• Remains process owner for product LCM.
• Assists Leaders with overall Product Group decision making in areas of process improvements.
• Performs audits to ensure adherence of designed process in production line
• Derives department project planning schedules by taking NPI milestones.
• Ensures planning of process and tool development adhering project targets.
• Follow up with process engineers and tooling team for proto, zero and serial phase readiness.
• Production Layout and facility planning
• Holds prime role in change approval and overall change management at LCM phase of products & process.
• Anticipates risks and action plans to have various changes in product line.
• Creates validation plans for change approval and ensures updation of documents related to changes on time.

 Your Profile as PE Engineer (Process Engineering: gears/castings) (m/f/d):

• 2-4 yrs. of experiences in the field of Heavy engineering Industries & expert knowledge in handling all type of CNC Machines & Strong Documentation Knowledge.
• Gears/Castings manufacturing process.
• Expert knowledge in handling all type of CNC Machines & Strong Documentation Knowledge.
• CAD (Creo, AutoCAD)
• Technical competences:
  • Strong technical knowledge and Strong Understanding in the field of Gears/Castings manufacturing process.
  • GD&T and interpretation of technical drawings, Risk analysis, PFMEA, Feasibility study and process documentations
  • 5S, Kanban, Kristal, Kaizen, VSM, Line balancing, Lean.
  • CAD (Creo, AutoCAD), MS office tools, SAP, Windchill PLM Budget, and project management skills.
  • Standards Related to QMS, EMS & OHSAS (WI, HIRA, SIS, EMP etc.,)
  • Follow and Adhere safety Practices and Norms,
  • Proven experience in Heavy industry parts Manufacturing and Handlings.
• Education & Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in engineering.
