We are looking for a new colleague for ZF Wind Power in our Sales organization at our location in Coimbatore.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for one of our Tier 1 accounts, in order to ensure long term sustainable growth for ZF Wind Power. This is achieved by developing a strong and dynamic business acumen of the account by analyzing and understanding what drives the customers growth, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Lead, influence and guide your local team as well as a globally dispersed team (indirect reports).
  • Representing the customer internally, lobby and actively lead the process of data and business cases-preparation, to smoothen the decision-making process and to steer company activities in areas of product development
  • Lead and steer all customer related activities and communication to achieve profitable business, optimal customer satisfaction and remain their preferred business partner
  • Liaise with customer and internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables on forecast, capacity, quality and life cycle support.
  • Taking a clear internal and external leadership role, in partnership and conjunction with the BU leadership team, throughout the complex sales cycle by managing all commercial negotiations with the customer to ensure a sustainable relationship

 

Your Profile:

  • BE/BTech with 12 - 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in engineering industry, MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
  • Capability to develop deep knowledge of ZF products, the customer’s business, and the tradeoffs that drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Financial acumen and strong analytical skills to drive analyses and recommendations on improving the account’s growth and profitability for ZF
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills; ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
  • Fluent in English (local Indian language for eg., Tamil, Hindi  are a plus) and willingness to travel
