We are looking for a new colleague in the Human Resources department at our location in Coimbatore, India.


 Your Tasks:

  • Complete responsibility in the areas of Labour, Industrial laws & all Statutory and Regulatory Compliances pertaining to HR
  • All the responsibilities of the Welfare Officer as per applicable regulations including but not limited to employee grievances handling, counselling, disciplinary action etc…
  • Responsible for administration of employee welfare measures/policies as per applicable laws and standing orders (Ex: Leave, OT wages etc…)
  • Handling all matters related to Employee Insurance and claims, Workmen's compensation, ESI and retiral benefits
  • Liasoning with statutory & regulatory authorities and representing the company as and when required


Your Profile:

  • MBA in HR /MSW with 8 – 12 years of work experience in the related domain
  • Flexible, Pragmatic and people-oriented approach
  • Creative mindset with a CAN DO attitude who takes initiative and is dedicated to realising the set goals
  • Strong oral & written communication skills in English and Tamil
