• Strong engineering background in mechanical or process engineering (5+ years).
• Experience in implementing new manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to lead and adapt to changes in technology and business environments.
• Organizational and self-organization skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in heterogeneous, worldwide teams.
