We are looking to hire an HR Manager to join our team at Monterrey.

  Responsible for development of all human resources activities related to employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, benefits administration and employee services, according to division objectives and government regulations.



  • Manages, directs and coordinates the human resources activities through subordinate functional managers or supervisors.
  • Analyzes cost effectiveness of all programs and is responsible for budgeting and manpower planning.
  • Develop HR strategies and programs that support the attainment of business goals and objectives.
  • Advises management of industry trends and legislative changes affecting human resources programs.
  • Administers the plant’s salaried and hourly compensation programs, the insurance, retirement, savings, and other employee benefit programs, and directs the plant’s recruiting and employment program.
  • Develops and administers the plant’s Human Resources Strategic Plan, Employee Performance Appraisal Program and plant training programs.
  • Responsible for the employment, training, performance evaluation, counseling and discipline of assigned employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.


  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of HR Management experience developed in a manufacturing environment.  Strong functional knowledge of all aspects of human resource management.
  • Previous leadership and/or managerial experience required.
  • Ability to foster employee involvement and development as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess strong conceptual/analytical skills, excellent PC skills (Microsoft environment) and HRIS experience.
