We are hiring an HR Intern to join our team in Ciénega de Flores.

What you can expect as an HR Intern:

Recruitment & Selection

• Support the recruitment process through initial candidate screening and profile evaluation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation and integration of new hire documentation and employee files.

Personnel Administration

• Support the management, organization, and maintenance of employee records in both physical and digital formats.
• Ensure employee documentation is updated and properly archived according to company standards.

Training & Development

• Assist with the planning and logistics of training sessions and development programs.
• Track attendance records and maintain training documentation and evidence.
• Update and maintain training matrices to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.

Employee Engagement & Internal Communication

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives, integration activities, and internal communication events.
• Support activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Administrative Support

• Perform data entry and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and key HR metrics.
• Provide support to employees by addressing inquiries or directing requests to the appropriate areas.
• Collaborate on departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile as an HR Intern:

• Currently enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
• University insurance or medical insurance coverage.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
