Sr. Finance and Accountant

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in finance team at our location in Chonburi, Thailand.

What you can look forward to as a Sr. Finance and Accountant:

• Planning, management, and control of the business unit reporting pipeline, ensuring the achievement of the planned success for the reporting unit.
• Taking responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements (P&L/balance sheet) in accordance with IFRS for the business unit pipeline reporting. 
• Ensuring timely accounting services for the business unit pipeline reporting of the C-Division in FRD to accurately reflect monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements (P&L/balance sheet) in accordance with IFRS.
• Developing and implementing high-performance planning and controlling systems, ensuring the integrity of monthly and annual QAD, SAP accounting processes (FI/CO modules), and full responsibility for the FP1 configuration of SAP accounting modules (FI/CO) at the location, ensuring FP1 system availability.
• Monitoring the optimal use of resources.
• Advising managers and the location’s management team on business support and initiating necessary actions to achieve set goals when needed.

Your Profile as a Sr. Finance and Accountant:

• At least 7 years of experience in financial roles, with a strong understanding of key processes and functions across the business.
• Experience covering a range of disciplines within finance (e.g., controllership, audit, treasury, tax, systems, etc.).
• University degree in business or finance (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and at least one other major language, such as Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills, action-oriented, with integrity and trust, ensuring that values are never compromised.
• A good motivator and effective communicator, able to work well in an international, matrix-based organization.
