We are looking to hire a Shift Supervisor Production to join our team at Chihuahua.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and coordinate line operation in accordance with the policies and procedures. Assure a smooth production operation during shifts.
• Oversee processes and guarantee the achievement of shift production goals.
• Initiate and run (first line) trouble shooting on assembly equipment & - processes.
• Guarantee the continuous use of 5S and Standardized Work by frequently auditing the operators.
• Organize production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Coordinate and assign team leaders and production personnel.
• Schedule shift including work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift meetings.
• Document and steer the production performance and KPIs.
• Control product quality to ensure that product is produced within given specifications.
• Participate proactively in Continuous Improvement activities and workshops.
• Guarantee a clean and safe work area and complete shift paper work.

Requeriments:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field.
• 3 Years of experience as production supervisor.
• Experience in Automotive Industry (preferably).
• IATF 16949 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001  knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• English 50%.
