Responsibilities for Service Coordinator and IT Expert:

• Assess service needs of applications and design services according to business requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and customers 
• Implement Internal IT Process (Service Mangement, Change Management, Problem Management...)
• Calculate Internal Costs of IT Services
• IT Vendor Management 
• Develop  and Monitor the IT KPIs in Excel, Power BI and SQL

Qualifications:

• Degree or corresponding qualification, as well as several years of professional experience of IT Services in the required environment
• Basic Financial knowledge: revenues, costs, depreciation...
• Excel Expert
• Power BI Basics 
• Basic SQL Sentence Knowledge
• Resilence
• Self Improvement

Must Have

• Have a good understanding of IT service management (e.g. ITIL), preventive quality assurance and as well as deep technical knowledge of Message bus software. You are familiar with the basics of common technologies in IT infrastructure and are willing to acquire the knowledge independently
• Power Point Advanced
• Proficient English language in speech and writing, i.e. able to perform complex tasks related to work
