Job Description:

Responsible to generate and maintain adequate manufacturing processes according to PPAP released

*Keep process documentation updated such as manufacturing instructions, visual aids, model change, audit for error-proof devices.

*Basic-intermediate technical knowledge of automatic controls (types of sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, servomotors, etc).

*Balancing and management of manufacturing std.

*Effective actions to reduce Scrap.

*Management of engineering changes

*Knowledge for Boundary sample development

*Management of Solid works intermediate-Advanced

*Tooling design experience.

*Effective actions to reduce security risks.

*Savings projects

*Failure mode analysis (creation of PFMEA)

*Knowledge of IATF auditing.

*Basic-intermediate AutoCAD handling

*Design of experiments (DOE)

 

Education requirements

:Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, process or industrial engineering preferably.

 

Skills and experience

 

*Effective communication

*Proactive

*Intermediate-Advanced English

*Leadership

*Teamwork

*Experience in the automotive industry from 2 to 5 years.
