We are looking to hire a Project Mgr I-Gen to join our team at Chihuahua.

Position Summary

• Ensure proper transfer and launch of new programs assigned to it, assuming ownership of all those programs for their lifetime.

Responsibilities: 

• Control the costs and budgets involved with each program ensuring profit at all times.
• Always maintain visibility of the measurables of your programs. Internally coordinate efforts to meet the requirements of service parts requested by customers and be delivered at the best cost, with quality and on time.
• Manage engineering changes.

Requeriments:

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 /ISO 9001
• Desirable experience in the automotive industry in launching new products.
• Customer specific requirements
• Ability to manage staff and relationships with internal and external clients
• Analysis and Troubleshooting (8D's)
• Desirable certification in PMP
• English.
