Responsabilidades:

•Conocimiento en MPS

•Administración del recurso humano a su cargo

•Capacidad de definir prioridades y trabajar en base a ellas

•Resolución de conflictos

•Enfoque en Calidad y satisfacción del cliente

•Análisis y solución de problemas, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, A3

•Habilidad para liderear la iniciativa de “Mejor Lugar para Trabajar”

•KPIs internos como Seguridad, OEE, Eficiencia/Productividad/PPP DL, Costo, etc.

•

Experiencia y habilidades necesarias:

•Carrera Universitaria, preferentemente en el área de Ingeniería Industrial

•2 años como supervisor en la industria automotríz (preferentemente)

•Balanceo de Linea y nivelación de la producción

•Dispositivos a Prueba de Error (Mistake Proofing) y SPC

•Procesos de manufactura de clase mundial

•Microsoft Office interpretación de planos

•Orientado a los principios del ZF Way

•5S y Manufactura Lean

•ISO/TS16949, IATF16949 e ISO14001 

•Liderazgo, Proactivo y Trabajo en Equipo

•Comunicación efectiva y sentido de urgencia

•Orientado a resultados

•Mejora continua

•Six Sigma, VAVE
