Main requirements:

• Industrial Engineer preferably

• Proved experience as Manufacturing coordinator for more than 2 years

• English language, intermediate

• Experience in production processes

• Experience in lean, balancing and production leveling

• Quick response to Customer demand adjustment

• Team management skills

• Engineering and quality backup desirable

•

Other experience and knowledge:

• MSOffice skills - advanced

• Safety norms and environmental system knowledge

• Accomplishment of objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost

• Personnel administration, good treatment and relationships

• Know how to maintain adequate labor climate

• Skills on conflicts resolution

• Monitoring turnover and absenteeism

• Ensure accomplishment of objectives related to internal and external customers, customer satisfaction, Quality system requirements

• 8D's, PDCA, problem solving,

• Accomplishment of production plan, identifying and solving any deviation

• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, VA/VE, Continuous Improvement
