¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as HR Recruitment Supervisor at Chihuahua IRS Plant!

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting & selection of new talent.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
  • Network through various agreed channels, database, social media
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, lead a team to accomplish targets.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process.  Administrate recruitment & selection for DL,IDL & Salary as needed.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations & Services to shopfloor.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional career, bachelor’s degree, preferable in HR / Adm field.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Human Resources Recruitment & Selection processes, minimum 3 years.  Supervising a team is a plus.
  • At least 3 years on similar duties job.
  • Knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office, proficiency on Excel, Powerpoint, Social media.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Work based on people oriented, ZF Way based behaviors
  • Responsibility, integrity, ethics, teamwork oriented
  • English language written and spoken fluently.
