We are looking for an IT Intern at our plant in Chihuahua, CHI.

  • Internship with administrative background and has basic knowledge about excel.
    • Tasks
      • Audit templates of KBAs in Remedy and Confluence
      • Migrate old templates in new ones in the KBAs
      • Make reports about tickets from remedy to monitor some information about backlogs, sla response, avg working hours etc
      • Repetitive activities: Create contract templates in excel, power point and word
    • Requeriments
      • Active student in Business, Marketing, Systems, etc...
      • Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
      • Basic English
