Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division, this position will be located at El Salvador which is a new plant for the Division.
Position Summary
Ensure the proper functioning of the organization through the appropriate selection of human talent, fostering a good work environment to maintain healthy metrics of absenteeism, turnover and training of both operational and administrative staff, demonstrating a high level of awareness in Quality in our products towards the customer. Be a strategic member of the staff that leads the organization, raising results and ensuring that the business has continuity. Position the company as a benchmark of integrity and social responsibility in the community.
Responsibilities
- Main responsible for the HR budget of the location
- Disciplinarily manages all site HR people (=“Local HR”) and orchestrates incoming local HR requests to pursue daily activities or project activities
- All local HR people are working together in team environment (= resource pools) – cross Divisional and Functional (with Finance, etc.) – close to business (“client proximity”)
- Internal cost allocation follows general ratios according to “load ratio” (no detailed,
- time-consuming calculations)
- Site HR Leader takes care that local HR is working either in “generalists” or “specialist” roles (e.g. Comp.&Ben) – applying existing standard processes and tools of HR and local labor law
- Interlink to HR BP (HR BP Division and HR BP Product Line) in regards of business focus (business demand) and CoEs (Center of Expertise) in regards of application of process standards and translating into local solutions to become compliant with local law and rules (e.g. tariffs)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional experience in HR and/or international environment
- Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent
- Business orientation, moderation competence, and analytical skills
- Excellent conceptual capability
