COORDINADOR DE ENTRENAMIENTO

Responsabilidades del Trabajo:

Supervisión del equipo de entrenadores y solución de problemas de entrenamiento.

Actualización y configuración del STSys

Mantenimiento de registros de capacitación.

Organización de cursos

Atención a auditorías

Llevar a cabo auditorías de LPA

Elaborar reportes del área

Requerimientos:

·Mínimo 2 Años de antigüedad.

·Carrera terminada, Lic. en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

·Conocimiento de Microsoft Office, en especial dominio de Excel.

·Buen record laboral y de asistencia, no más de 1 falta en 6 meses.

·Inglés B1.

·Disponibilidad de horario (vacante 3er turno).
