¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Aplications Platform Analyst at multiple sites (Chihuahua, Reynosa, Gomez Palacio)! 

Responsibilities

• Point of Contact on the Infrastructure team for other IT workstreams regarding Applications requirements (servers,  SW releases, agents and security topics) 
• Coordinate and management of shared services on applications as Job Scheduling, Platforms security services, monitoring, and consulting.
• Initiate and steer projects to further develop existing SAP platform services or create new services and the related operational processes.
• Managing external Application Hosting Service Provider  
• Ensure that together with Vendor Management team the efficient SLA Monitoring, Budget Management and Continuous Improvement for the external Hosting Provider
• Troubleshooting of reported issues by IT Applications teams issues and then involve the necessary IT WIO teams (D&S, Central Services, Network, etc)
• App registrations and certificates management 
• Implement, govern, coordinate, consult and run of middleware platforms on MES or SAP systems. 
• Expert Functions: In MII- MES infrastructure, SAP Landscape, & Job Monitoring Cloud Platforms
• Consulting and the support of customers and users based on their use cases.
• Continuously enhancing Production Service Areas to enable new application technologies and Industry 4.0 processes. Works as part of the expert team “Production service areas” together with IT Production, IT Quality teams and Business teams.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines / standards. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required.
• Solid base on IT Infrastructure, including Networking and Servers management. 
• Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
• Minimum 4 years professional experience preferred.
• Experience on Manufacturing process and interfaces with Enterprise systems
• English speaking and writing skills
• Vendor Management
• IT Delivery and Support teams,  
• Other global IT Workstream teams
• External business partners as well as vendors
• Business experts focus on production.
