Responsibilities

• Management of different automotive industry clients and portals, Stellantis, Ford, GM. (Portals, guarantees, complaint tracking and failure analysis).
• Driving knowledge of clients such as BMW, AUDI, Tesla, Rivian, Lucid,
• Coordination and monitoring of actions derived from client notifications, through client reports, quality meetings, status of client notifications, follow-up to 8D's analysis with Clients. 
• Coordination of complaints and guarantee follow-up meetings, and presentations to clients, as well as ensuring the preparation of documentation required for the closure of corrective actions.
• Knowledge of product development – process. APQP process.
• Monitoring of customer quality system, in accordance with IATF. 16949.
• Provide customer service to follow up on quality-related issues and performance monitoring.
• Attend customer and quality system audits.
• Coordination of support and customer service on issues related to quality problems and guarantees.
• Participation in the implementation of different client quality systems, including IATF 16949.

Required Skills & Experience

• Engineering preferably
• 5 years in the automotive industry desirable
• Experience in quality systems.
• Experience in dealing with automotive industry clients.
• Experience in customer portals.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949/ ISO14001/ ISO45001/ ISO9001
• Desirable Statistical Tools (SPC) 
• Experience in analysis and solution of quality problems.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is desirable
• Microsoft Office
• English 80%. (Desirable)
