Test Manager

ZF Commercial Vehicle Solutions is working on solutions for a safe , sustainable and digitized commercial vehicle transport. The system test manager is the person responsible to ensure that the system has the maturity required corresponding to the permissible usage of the system in the target environment. 

Your Tasks:  

• Define the system test strategy for the different system verification maturity levels 
• Define and publish metrics to drive the System test strategy 
• Plan and track test content 
• Ensure deliverables are delivered in time, cost and quality according to the project milestones 
• Recommend maturity level and allowed usage of products based on test results 
• Represent System testing process in internal release reviews and ASPICE audits 
• Drive continuous improvement in the System test strategy to achieve improved quality 
    

Your Profile: 

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical/Control systems   
• 6 to 12 years of automotive embedded development and testing experience    
• Good hands-on experience with state of the art embedded System testing methodologies 
• Experience in project management 
• Good knowledge on test management  tools like PTC Integrity / DOORS 
• Good knowledge on Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 
• Good communication skills 
• Experience in testing electronic control systems in vehicle will be an added advantage
