Job Responsibility

 Lead FMEA development to support ZF quality processes, ISO26262
and PPAP documentation
 Create FMEAs together with system and design engineers
 Support DVP, guideline and other prevention method creation by
FMEA input


Job Description

 Responsible for creation of boundary diagrams
 Responsible for creation of functional break downs
 Responsible for creation of FMEAs in IQ-FMEA
 Monitoring changes to ensure FMEAs are up to date and complete
 Support an ISO26262 and ASPICE compliant development
 Moderation of FMEA sessions with other departments
 Provide assigned work products according agreed schedule and
quality
 Reporting to Lead Systems Engineer and to project leads


Skills

 Master’s / Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
 FMEA process proficiency (e.g. VDA handbook knowledge)
 Experience in IQ FMEA or similar
 Ideally 6-sigma certification (BlackBelt)
 Problem solving skills
 Systems Engineering skills in Automotive Business
 Fluent in English
