Specialist - Business Process Modeling (BPM)

About the Team

The BPM Team drives the needed activities to prioritize processes with the highest business impact and establish ownership for the agreed end-to-end processes. The BPM Team supports Business-nominated Process Owners in creating process models that are easy to understand, can be communicated in convenient ways and will create a positive business impact where executed (e.g. in the Regions around the globe). The team tracks progress of Business Process Management Architecture maturity and provides the single source of truth for the state of BPM of ZF Division B – Aftermarket. The Team is a part of a wider global Transformation Excellence function of ZF Division B.

Your Tasks

• Orchestrate the end-to-end workflow to release, publish and rollout business processes.Maintain unbiased transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status)
• Determine the rollout maturity of processes based on valid frameworks. Lead the creation and publication of the BPM Newsletter.
• Setup, run and follow-up on surveys .Communicate status quo and rollout pipeline of processes in appealing and easy-to-understand ways
• Facilitate the setup, execution and follow-up of engagement formats (e.g. Townhalls, Training Week)
• Contribute to evolving Business Process Management (BPM) as a strategic enabler for the Aftermarket Division of ZF Group

 
Your Profile 

• Graduate or post Graduate qualification with 6-8 years of total experience.Hands on experience with the leading BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, Celonis) and workflow products
• Experienced in working in project management.Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in working with Excel.Passion to host presentations in front of larger audiences in remote / hybrid setups
• Strong to lead discussions with senior leader at a high degree of confidence.Superb English skills (written and verbal)
• Systematic on tracking own work and diligent following-up on others.Intensive experience in working with international corporations.Passionate to create a business impact
