Your Task:

Train & guide R&D Project Members on applying Engineering Process Framework (PEP) in Product Development projects in order to reach agreed ASPICE Capability Level
Identify ASPICE / PEP related training needs and improvements
Run Assessments of PEP implementation status in the project and working with the project team on improving process adherence
Acting as Interface between Process Experts and Project Members

Your Profile:

Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) with 4-8 years of working experience in process implementation.
Certified Provisional Assessor (or higher)
Very good understanding of Automotive SPICE PRM and PAM.High experiences in embedded development activities & projects in Automotive / Aerospace industry
