Senior IT Analyst

Job Description

Your Tasks :

1) You will be providing L2 and L3 level support to Windchill End users. Contact business users to understand the issue mentioned in Tickets and to complete the ticket with details  like Issue detailed description, Steps to reproduce, etc.

2) You will be performing Windchill System monitoring and maintenance - responsibility for upkeeping the system

3) Participate in Windchill System admin tasks like installation, upgrade projects, update, rehosting, deployments etc.

4) Analyzing and preparing data for migration to Windchill, also migrating Windchill servers to cloud solutions.

5) Collaborating with various teams across the globe for various projects in Windchill

6) You will be creating workflows, ACL, OIR and will be in a role of Business analyst for our Legacy systems

7) You will if needed also be doing windchill customizations (server and UI related customizations)

8) Identify loopholes in the process and suggest process improvement

9) Deploying patches, bugfixes and whole builds on the QA, Sanity and Productive System.

Your Profile:

1) 4+ years of experience in Windchill end user support and Windchill System and Business administration. Knowledge on SAP PLM and Oracle would be appreciated.

2) Should have performed at least two end-to-end Windchill upgrades of clustered environments. Good experience with CPS update. Should have good experience on installing and configuring Windchill servers and its modules including PSM etc. on cloud as well as inhouse infrastructure (VM). Knowledge of cloud architecture and configuration would be beneficial.

3) In depth knowledge of Windchill authentication, Windchill visualization services, JNDI adapter configuration, File servers.

4) Backup and Disaster recovery experience.

5) Experience with Ticket management tools like BMC Helix (former BMC Remedy), Bugzilla, JIRA. Knowledge on GIT, DevOps or CodeBeamer would be an added advantage.

Knowledge of MS SQL DB and Windchill tables for enhancing the execution plan of queries is required.

7) Excellent verbal and written communication skill, also in English. We are looking for a good team player.
