About the team
The major objective of the back-office sales desk is to support the OE sales teams by executing the defined back-office tasks. In order to ensure high customer satisfaction, the commercial back-office sales desk cooperates very closely with the local sales desks teams.

What you can look forward to as SAP SD(Order Management):

• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies in key fields such as pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, contract references, supplier master data, material master data, and other critical information.
• Create, update, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and scheduling agreements (SAs) in accordance with ZF standards and procedures in local ERP System (mainly SAP)
• Collaborate closely with Commodity Buyers to resolve discrepancies and prevent issues.
• Respond to business inquiries received through various channels, including email, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Support process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of purchasing operations within a global environment.

Your Profile as SAP SD(Order Management):

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of exp in SAP SD(Order Management)
• Expected to have a minimum of 2 to 4 years in Power BI/Power App/Power Automate
• Customer and user administration for online services
• Support in export document handling
• Create Sets in SAP on request.
