Your Tasks:

  • Account and Contact merging in Salesforce
  • AM Customer master data corrections and maintenance
  • Customer and User administration for online services; Warranty Claim creations
  • Supporting Sales desk operations like Quotation booking, Order booking, Credit and Debit note creations
  • Labour Rate maintenance in Salesforce for USA customers; Create and analyze defined reports

 

Your Profile:

  • Any graduate with Min. 3-5 years of Professional experience in Customer Service and Technical Service. Call Center experience is preferred
  • Very good knowledge of Excel is must & experience with Analytics platforms like Power BI
  • Knowledge experience in SAP
  • Experience in handling tickets and application support
  • Very good English language skills
  • Need to understand requests from various team and respond it the appropriate solution
  • Willing to work in fixed night shift
