Your Task:

• Prepare concept and detailed designs for assembly lines and test rigs.
• Conduct review meetings with concerned parties to ensure design accuracy and alignment.
• Select standard mechanical items, electrical components (such as servo motors, sensors, and cameras), and pneumatic and hydraulic components as per requirements.
• Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Creo 4.0 for assembly lines and test rigs, and ensure follow-up with suppliers for machine development.
• Inspect parts according to design and drawings, and conduct trials on machines, with a specific focus on the design of special purpose machines and items, ensuring knowledge of hydraulic elements and their selection criteria.

Your Profile:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Mechanical 2018, Creo 4.0, Solidworks 2016, Workbench/ANSYS, and MS Office 2016.
• 2-4 years of experience in machine design and development, with a strong focus on creating concept and detailed designs for assembly lines and test rigs.
• Experienced in conducting review meetings, selecting standard mechanical items and electrical components, and designing special purpose machines.
• Skilled in preparing detailed drawings and ensuring supplier follow-up, as well as inspecting parts and conducting machine trials.
• Knowledgeable in the selection and application of pneumatic and hydraulic components, with a comprehensive understanding of hydraulic elements and their selection criteria.
