What you can look forward to as RPA Support Enginner

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain automation solutions
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers in the Support & Development Team, focusing on addressing bugs, incidents, tickets, and change requests.
• Monitor incoming requests and address them to other team members
• Contribute to special projects related to optimizing and streamlining automation workflows
• Assist end-users with any RPA-realted queries or issues

Your Profile as RPA Support Enginner

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of UiPath Platform
• Good knowledge of programming languages like Python, C#
• Knowledge of Azure (DevOps, Bot Framework and Bot Service) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English language skills and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and effectively communicate technical details.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks, delivering results under pressure during peak times.
