What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer:

• Timely Payment collection and Knock-off in customer ledger
• Customer training and installation support for new products to ensure the rollout of defect-free trailers. This helps improve product performance and prevents service issues.
• Improve the TABS penetration in the zone
• Promote advanced ITP Products such as, TEBS/Tail guard/TPMS/ Traction/
• Handling trailer export customers like Dutch Lanka Trailers and working with them to improve business.
  

Your Profile as Senior Engineer:

• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical engineering and 3-6 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
• Involved in new product and projects required for the customers (Road Train, E-Trailer)
• Tracking the revenue recognition and ensure the GRN from customers.
• Addressing customer service complaints and coordinating with the Service team to resolve them, while simultaneously providing reports to customers to prevent such issues in the future.
• Continuous customer visits to address customer pain points and resolve them, in order to ensure a strong relationship with the customers.
