About the team
Internal Audit and consulting of domestic and foreign companies within the ZF Group as well as different corporate functions and business processes (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics, Governance, Purchasing, Sales.

Your tasks
• Internal Audit and consulting of domestic and foreign companies within the ZF Group as well as different corporate functions and business processes
• Identify, test, and evaluate business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with company requirements.
• Demonstrate value added audit recommendations to stakeholders and assess implementation of corrective actions as part of the audit follow-up.
• Establish and maintain relationships. Contribute to, and further develop, risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.
• Arrange travel requirements consistent with ZF policy and limitations, to perform audits of global operations, including visa applications, passport, airfare, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc.

Your profile
• Professional certification desirable (CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, etc.).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in internal audit / financial / accounting / business / consulting / disciplines in an internal audit function of an international company, or an external auditing firm.
• Ability to travel (by airplane and car) approximately 40%, typically Monday through Friday, however international assignments will require weekends out of town, passport required
• Good communication, coordination and highly developed interpersonal skills working with all disciplines within the organization
• Communicate business process and controls issues in terms so that non-experts can understand the significance of the subject matter being discussed
