Experience and Skills Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in Information Technology audits  in an internal audit function of an international company, or in IT Audit function of large audit firms.
• Clear understanding of IT audit methods and frameworks (risk-oriented and business process-oriented audit approach that includes general IT controls, etc.)
• Good communication, coordination and highly developed interpersonal skills working with all disciplines within the organization, independence, operational readiness, objectivity, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure as well as authority.
• Prudent working style, assertiveness, and good interpersonal skills combined with a confident appearance
• Strong organizational, management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of various process cycles in manufacturing companies and experience with audit project management procedures.

Education Requirements

• Professional certification (s) (CISA or CIA) mandatory
• Undergraduate and / or postgraduate degree - studies with a major in information technology, data science, finance, business, or similar.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and manage Information Technology related audits, special audits, consulting services and improvement projects.
• Preparation and presentation of audit findings, coordination of audit results with management and reporting to management including recommendation of improvements.
• Identification, testing, and evaluation of business-critical IT processes and architectures regarding effectiveness, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency
• Examination of IT security management in terms of organization, processes, and technology
• Co-development of the annual strategic and risk-based audit plan in cooperation with our management.
• Assessment and advisory on the methodical development of directives, processes, and procedures and
• Assessment on the functioning and reliability of the internal control and information system (ICS)
• Ensuring compliance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, DIIR)
• Support in the development of department tools such as TeamMate, audit programs, QAR tools, and checklists
• Assisting Audit Management in development implementation and administration of procedures including those that govern work practices, standards, workpapers, etc.
• Organization of travel requirements according to ZF guidelines and restrictions for conducting global business audits (including visa applications, passports, air fares, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc.).
• Training, mentoring, and further development of team members
