What you can look forward to as Senior Architect - IT architecture within Mergers & Acquisitions - Chennai Location: 

• IT Due Diligence- Conduct comprehensive IT assessments for potential M&A targets. Identify risks, opportunities, and integration challenges. 
• Target Operating Model (TOM) Development- Design and develop TOMs that align with business strategies and goals. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth.
• Integration Planning- Develop detailed integration plans for IT systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Stakeholder Management - Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions.
• Compliance and Governance- Ensure all architectural solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

Your profile as Senior Architect - IT architecture within Mergers & Acquisitions:

• Proven experience in IT architecture within M&A contexts. Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes. 
• Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs. Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A. Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. LeanIX)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
