Job Purpose: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless user experience by providing proactive first-level support and swiftly resolving user issues to maintain operational efficiency. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and user productivity. Additionally, you will configure, enhance, and customize the Salesforce platform to align with evolving business needs, ensuring its efficient and effective usage. Beyond daily administration, you will also oversee platform-related tasks, data integrity, and security while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Your tasks-:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level user support, troubleshoot Salesforce issues, and ensure timely resolution while adhering to defined KPI metrics for response and resolution time.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex technical problems and document findings effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Manage data integrity through efficient import/export processes and validation rules to maintain high data quality.
- Configure Lightning pages, custom layouts, and app pages to enhance user experience, leveraging Dynamic Forms and Record Pages.
- User management processes, including setting up profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules to maintain data security and appropriate access controls.
- Utilize declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, and Page Layouts to customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities.
Your Profile :
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, with 2-4 years of experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (experience with additional Salesforce products is a plus).
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Proven experience in providing user-level support and managing related processes efficiently & Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills & Ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- SHIFT TIMINGS: Should be Flexible to work under IST & CET business hours.
