- Hands‑on expertise with Email‑to‑Case architectures, Omni‑Channel routing, and SLA/Entitlement configurations.
- Advanced proficiency in Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other declarative automation tools.
- Strong Lightning Experience skills including building Lightning apps, Dynamic Forms, and customized record pages.
- Competent in managing data operations using Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and applying governance best practices.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform App Builder, with additional experience in integrations and other Salesforce Clouds.

- Experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on configuration, automation, and case management expertise.
- Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level Salesforce support, resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth business operations.
- Strong capability in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and documenting solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Skilled in configuring and optimizing Service Cloud features including Case Lifecycle, Omni‑Channel, and Service Console.
- Effective collaborator with cross‑functional teams to drive automation, AI opportunities, and Service Cloud enhancements.
- Experienced in maintaining data quality, managing user access controls, and ensuring platform governance compliance.
