Job Description

What you can look forward as Regional Manager, Sales - North (CVS):

  • Drive sales for auto components within the Commercial Vehicle segment and related industrial parts.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–6 high-performing sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and execute strategies for channel management, including dealer and distributor network expansion.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement and customer relationship management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

 

Your profile as Regional Manager, Sales - North (CVS):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or Any B.Sc. Graduate. MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
  • 13+ years in Sales of Auto Components, primarily from the Commercial Vehicle (CV) business.
  • Proven track record in sales within the auto component industry, with strong exposure to CV business. Leadership experience in managing a team of confirmed performers.
  • Expertise in channel management, dealer/distributor network handling. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Go-getter attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
