Process Expert

Your tasks-

• Identification of business and process risks by means of independent analysis of existing processes as well as development of concepts and creation of requirement and functional specifications with complex content 
• Recording and evaluation of local process requirements
• Development and documentation of economically feasible processes (global harmonization vs. local flexibility)
• Identification of best practice approaches and, if necessary, roll-out in other locations/regions/globally. 
• Fit-gap analysis, Preparation of data, Development of test plans, execution of system tests; target-actual comparison; 
• Error analysis and description; finding solutions in coordination with IT; user training and support
• Perception of the local process expert role at the home location - such as: 
• Support of local implementation for continuous process improvement / exploitation of optimization potential in coordination with the line managers; interface between business and IT
• Recording of fault messages, root cause analysis, problem elimination and process adaptation to avoid the causes of errors in the future in coordination with affected process participants/departments
• Establishment and maintenance of an international process expert network within the defined area of responsibility to facilitate process harmonization and improve information exchange

Your profile -

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in SAP end to end operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge in Power point (presentation and documentation of project activities) and Excel (analysis and preparation of master data)
• Any project management certification is an added advantage
• Hands on experience in SAP migration and set up is an added advantage
• MS-Excel, VISIO and Power BI working knowledge is mandatory
