Your Tasks

Lead the Quality functions within the Value Stream. Drive identification and execution of Quality Initiatives to enable reaching business objectives in the Value Stream.
Ensure high quality of ZF CVS products within Value Stream, Maintain and create new quality standards by analysis and optimization of production processes based on PFMEA, PCP, MSA, SPC
Ensure compliance of the production process with Quality Management Systems and Safety & Environment Management System and specific customer requirements
Implement QR6S initiatives, Implement and achieve quality objectives (PPM, RTY, SPIN, Supplier PPM), Participate in internal audits to exceed customer expectations, Coordinate and support quality improvement projects
Plan and develop resources required for measurement room activities, Prepare AOP plan for
Audit & Quality Measurement Room

Your Profile

Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership position.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality function
Automotive experience in matrix environment
Certified Black Belt, Certified QR6S Yellow Belt
Knowledge of Quality tools ( e.g. FMEA/Audits) , Knowledge of ISO/TQM/Six Sigma
