What you can look forward to as Manager - Process Quality :

• Drive ZF DNA of Quality Strategy implementation at VS level
• Drive excellence on quality performance thru Quality KPIs of the product unit/process
• Drive quality assurance on production processes through quality controls and ensuring meeting Responsible to escalate quality concerns to upper management
• Responsible of APQP/Project planning compliance according organization and customer requirements
• Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements

Your Profile as Manager - Process Quality

• BE/B-Tech/Diploma with 10-15 years of experience in ProcessQuality
• Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
• Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
• Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
• Organizational savvy
