Manager - Logistics

Job Description

Your Task:
•    Manage material planning and scheduling to ensure timely Purchase Orders (POs) and streamlined supply chain operations.
•    Monitor on-hand stock, compile critical material lists, and maintain inventory levels to reduce costs and optimize stock holdings.
•    Handle import purchase procedures, including managing LC documents, duty payments, and shipping documentation while adhering to duty savings schemes.
•    Track supplier dispatches and shipments to prevent line shortages, ensure inventory control, and guarantee on-time deliveries.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee material-related processes, identify new material sources, and contribute to quality improvements.
Your Profile:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) with 4 to 9 years of experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
•    Proven expertise in import purchase procedures and international procurement practices.
•    Strong knowledge of material sourcing and supply chain processes.
•    Willingness to work from the Mahindra World City location, demonstrating commitment to operational needs.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction across teams and external partners.
