Are you passionate about data crunching, have an eye for emerging trends and have an interest in IT operations? We're looking for a Head of Performance Management to join our team. This is a role in the governance function that oversees financial aspects and drives optimization of our IT departments activities. As the Head of IT Performance Management, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the strategic alignment and execution of IT performance metrics. You will be the driving force behind our IT financial processes and performance indicators, ensuring they align with our corporate goals. 

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Global Performance Management team of up to 6 members across India and Poland.
• Define and implement guidelines for IT departments worldwide, focusing on finance-related processes in sync with Corporate Controlling.
• Oversee the preparation of the IT Budget, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic allocation of resources.
• Control the performance of IT departments by monitoring and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report on IT performance metrics to the CIO and high level managers.
• Supervise all IT savings initiatives, driving cost-efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as a business partner to Corporate Controlling and IT departments leaders, fostering collaborative decision-making.

Our requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years in IT/Finance senior management.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly with high-level managers.
• Proven leadership and general management abilities.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for driving change.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
