A Product Manager helps develop and improve products by overseeing the entire product lifecycle. They focus on business goals, customer needs, and market trends to create successful products. 

What you can look forward to as Product Manager- Customer Sales & Development (m/f/d):

• Represents VoC of assigned product(s)’ related topics
• Owns and executes customer strategy within the assigned product(s)
• Manage and drive negotiations on contracts and pricing for assigned product(s) within agreed boundaries
• Drives Customer Satisfaction
• Manage escalations for assigned product(s) prior to G-KAM involvement.

Your Profile as Product Manager- Customer Sales & Development (m/f/d):

• Main sales contact for PL and PjM for assigned product(s)
• Drives customer relationship for assigned product(s)
• Responsible to achieve and drive the defined sales KPI for assigned product(s)
• Lead SP/OP for assigned product(s) within aligned strategy
• Provide input for market analysis and non-technical competition analysis.
