Your Tasks

  • Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
  • Support IT projects related to messaging and collaboration technologies
  • Apply ITIL methods and best practices in service management, Analyze and diagnose technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve technical issues
  • Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner, Collaborate with other technical support specialists and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
