Your Tasks
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
- Support IT projects related to messaging and collaboration technologies
- Apply ITIL methods and best practices in service management, Analyze and diagnose technical issues quickly and effectively
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve technical issues
- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner, Collaborate with other technical support specialists and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Your Profile
- Degree in Information Technology
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
