Your Tasks
•    Coordination and managing of work of the shared-service team responsible for execution of all processed focused on ensuring product compliance (related to Cortication, IMDS system and MSDS documents).Managing contacts with the Product Compliance Excellence Team and advising, supporting & consulting to various div. functions by sharing information regarding product regulation and compliance. Being a leader mentor and supporting with expertise the MSDS Product Compliance Specialist
•    Execution of the Safety Data Sheet Creation & Management process, proactive implementation of changes and improvements. Responsibility for creation and managing update of Safety Data Sheet
•    Supporting of creation & maintaining of sustainable and effective database of regulation and requirement for product compliance in Division
•    Analyzing the policies, recommend and implement the changes or updates to keep our production and product distribution aligned regulatory requirements and customer’s needs. Alerting of potential risks, product regulatory concerns, and other issues of importance to Head of Product Compliance
•    Managing records of all changes, updates, or additions to product compliance policy and requirements related to compliance of chemical products and MSDS creation and management process. Close collaboration with Head of Product Compliance Aftermarket, support in daily operation cross-function and cross- divisional tasks.

Your Profile 
•    Min 5-7 years of experience in products compliance with EU-REACH and REACH-like regulations, product certification and MSDS authoring
•    Min 3 years of experience in managerial position in regulatory team most preferably within the automotive industry - in EHS or engineering departament
•    Knowledge about IMDS system, experience with the MSDS software would be an asset
•    Academic degree in science or engineering.Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Good command of English – C1/C2.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
