Job Description

• IT Due Diligence:​Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments.​
• Target Operating Model (TOM) Development:​Design and develop TOMs that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth.​
• Integration Planning:​Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration.​
• Stakeholder Management:​Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions.​
• Compliance and Governance:​Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.​

Your profile as Senior Architect - IT Mergers & Acquisitions SAP solution:

Mandatory​

• Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts.​
• Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes.​
• Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs with SAP solutions.​
• Excellent project management skills.​
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.​
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.​
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).​
