About the team

The main objective of role is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions, accordingly, making sure payments from companies and clients are made on time and accurate.

What you can look forward to as Accounts Receivable:

• Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately. The expectation is that postings occur the same day or next day.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
• Track and investigate deductions (charge backs) from customer payments. Must verify with department managers
• Process Credit Memos for any adjustment such as shortage, price discrepancy, uncollectible write-off, merchandise exchange transactions, returns, damage items credit, duplicate invoices, missing shipment.
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

Your Profile as Purchase Accounts Receivable:

• B.Com/MBA with 4-8 years of practical experience in Accounts Recievable ( projects)
• General accounting experience required
• Experience in working in an international environment
• SAP knowledge is must.
• Power BI Reporting/VB Macros/Scripting.
