Senior Engineer - PAM

Your Tasks:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on factory machinery, including conveyor systems, production line equipment, and industrial robots, to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of equipment breakdowns, and implement timely and effective solutions to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of wornout components, to prolong the lifespan of machinery and reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and standards, proactively address safety concerns, and participate in safety audits to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs, repair reports, and parts inventory. Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements as needed.

Your Profile:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in green field projects, demonstrating the ability to set up and maintain mechanical systems from scratch.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, minimizing production disruptions.
• A vigilant commitment to safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing the wellbeing of employees and equipment integrity.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail to effectively communicate maintenance activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
