What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager (m/f/d):

• Understanding of Product drawing, Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram),PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions. Capacity enhancement. Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VA
• CNC Programming for Lathe, Vertical machining centre, Horizontal machining centre. Cutting tool selection
• New fixture development, validation and Prove out in line. New Machine selection
• Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing machining lines. Proving of Machining process capability (Cp,Cpk,Pp,Ppk)
• Implementing innovation in machining process. Establish Lean Equipment Specification. SHE, Capability, Cycle Time, Labour, TPM

Your profile as Deputy Manager (m/f/d):

• Minimum of 6+ years hands-on experience in Machining process planning engineering, new product development.
• Must be familiar CNC Lathe, Horizontal machining, Vertical machining, Grinding and other special purpose machines.
• Must have knowledge on understanding of fixture drawings, GDT, Basics of Hydraulic and pneumatic elements.
• Must possess implementation knowledge on innovation / new  initiatives in Machine, Tool, Gauges Jigs and Fixtures.
• Capacity enhancement, De-bottlenecking, Re-engineering, Low Cost Automation.
• Must be familiar with design and implementation of material handling and internal logistics.
