What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager - Operations (EHS) (m/f/d):

• Lead the identification of Safety, Health (Ergonomics), and Environmental (EHS) targets, objectives and goals while reconciling them with corporate Safety Health (Ergonomics) Environment Rules and country related law and legislations  
• Demonstrate fiscal management responsibility by operating within your annual EHS controllable expense and capital budgets.
• Conduct SHE-FMEA’s and ergonomics analyses of all manufacturing workstations and other site functions such as but not limited to: office, engineering test areas, maintenance, test track etc.  
• Lead air, energy, water and waste (hazardous and non-hazardous) management including reduction programs initiatives and monitoring generation, consumption and disposal.
• Lead incident investigations (first aid, near misses, recordable, environmental and property damage) using a team-based approach to problem solving and six sigma tools (QR6S) to effectively implement corrective actions.

Your profile as Deputy Manager - Operations (EHS) (m/f/d):

• 5+ years of industrial work experience in a Safety and Environmental Health (Ergonomics) field as EHS site leader
• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety Health (Ergonomics) and Environment or a related technical field.
• Certified in/or capable of obtaining certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA 30 Hour General Industry and Ergonomics, or EU-country based certification
• Knowledge in Management systems ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO26000 and other relevant. Ideally lead auditor in one of the standards
• Basic knowledge of OSHA,  European legislation and guidelines (ATEX, CE, Reach)
• Good knowledge of country legislation
• Knowledge and skill in using a variety of computer software, including word· processing, database, and spreadEHSet applications.
