Job Description
What you can look forward as Field Service Engineer:
- Knowledge on commercial vehicle control systems
- Participating in vehicle trials along with application engineering team
- Organizing service campaigns on various new products like VTS, AMT, FMS, ABS, HABS, E-Compressor, TEBS, TABS, etc...
- Conducting training sessions for various customer (Service partners, Vehicle manufacture dealer, STUs, OEMs and fleets)
- Ensuring the availability of Spares, special service tools and diagnostic tools at all service partners.
- Attend Joint investigation with OEMs for critical field failures. Warranty claims scrutiny in the field and their settlement for our ASC’s.
- Preparation of product complaint report and escalating to QAD. Collecting Customer feedback on new product performance. Conducting audits at service partners.
- Fitment trials of new products. Delay reason analysis of TAT for various OEMS at Authorized Service Centers and arrive at a resolution
- Identifying the white spots for service support with the concern OEM’s. Resolution of customer complaints within 24 hours as per the ZF WABCO SLA with OEM‘s
- Resolve technical queries with field representatives. Follow up with the leads to convert to potential customers. Handling vehicle breakdown compliances. Responsible for handling 60+ Authorized centers
Your profile as Field Service Engineer:
- Diploma or any graduate with more than 8-14 Years of experience in Field Service from Commercial Vehicles (CV) segment
- Must have strong experience working with workshop network partners, Distributors and delivering the technical trainings
- Thorough knowledge of Commercial Vehicles market in which ZF Aftermarket operates
- Good communication and organizational skills as well as confident appearance and good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) required
