What you can look forward to as Site Finance Controller(Mahindra World City):

• Develop, execute, and monitor the Operating Plan (OP) for the Oragadam Plant, aligning financial goals with operational strategies.
• Ensure Variable Cost (Cost of Goods Sold) meets or exceeds the targets outlined in the Operating Plan, optimizing operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing cost variances and implement corrective actions to recover any budgetary shortfalls.
• Lead and guarantee the punctual and accurate execution of the month-end closing process, producing precise financial reports.
• Identify and oversee cost reduction initiatives within the plant, directing projects to lower expenses and enhance profitability.
• Hands on experience in SEZ compliance.
  
  

Your Profile as Site Finance Controller(Mahindra World City):

• Extensive experience and expertise in financial management, cost control, and financial analysis with CA qualified with 7`10 years of experience
• Demonstrated track record of achieving financial targets and operational objectives.
• Proficient in managing month-end closing processes, ensuring precision and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Proven ability to identify and execute cost-saving projects, with strong project management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in maintaining controls and ensuring compliance in a manufacturing environment. Effective collaboration with the tax team to guarantee adherence to PLC regulations and legal requirements.
• Dealing with the divisional team on the Transfer pricing topics.
